My lovey bride got me a beer making kit for Fathers Day, thanks Wifey!.... I made my first batch on 6/20/10 from a Coopers Irish Stout Can, with 1 pound of DME, so sorta a light Stout. I called it Jamaicia Stout, as in, did "you make a stout?". Turned out really nice. I still have one or two I am saving to see if they just get better, I am told they do. Got the ingredients from Fort Worth's Winemaker's Shop.
